As of July 30, 2024, here’s what the marketing audit uncovered:

  • Website Design & UX:
    • Attractive and aligned with brand (pink & black) but used 3 different fonts – reducing clarity and professionalism.
    • User experience (UX) was complex, needing simplified navigation and more consistent design.
    • Call-to-actions were present, which is good, but their placement and clarity needed refining.
  • Mobile Experience:
    • Mobile-friendly, but the portfolio page needed improvement—image optimization, layout consistency, and faster load times.
  • SEO & Backlinks:
    • Had some backlinks, but they were mostly low-authority (Authority Score = 2).
    • Competitors had stronger backlink portfolios from higher-authority sites (scores of 6–14).
    • Missed keyword opportunities and content optimization issues.
  • Site Speed:
    • Room for improvement—needed to compress images, reduce code bloat, and improve server response time.

Now, Berry Posh is actively applying audit recommendations and positioning itself for growth:
